Lengua/Football was created by Patrick Harrington while he was obtaining his MBA in Football Industries at the University of Liverpool. As an American who speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish, Patrick observed how language services are invaluable to clubs, players and fans from around the world. Lengua/Football dedicated to working with you on all your language needs.

Outreach for visitation, especially amongst English speaking travelers from places like Canada and the U.K., is crucial as people search for new experiences and places to see. 


We can help travelers make the decision to come and enjoy our way of life.

Patrick Harrington -Founder / CEO

Patrick's Background

Born and raised in the United States, Patrick has been a world traveler and sports enthusiast since a young age. He started out out playing football (soccer), baseball and ice hockey and then spent years working in the outdoor sports industry. Patrick spent several years traveling through Italy, France and the United Kingdom–honing his fluent language skills while studying absorbing  the beauty of the global game. 


He holds an MBA in football industries from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Mass Communications and has been working as a communications professional and journalist in the sports sector for over 14 years. 


Currently based in the Basque country of France, Patrick has his finger on the pulse of global sport in one of the world’s best sporting regions.
